Has anyone got or can recommend an audible warning for a Warlock's
soulstone.

I keep forgetting to renew it with obvious results.

Not specifically, but there was an addon way back when that told you
when a de/buff expired.

This is not the one I knew (I think I used Telo's Buff TImers), but it
looks like it will do what you want:
