Critical strike with spells and Theorycraft2 addon

I can't work out if it's theorycraft's tooltips that are incorrect or I'm
missing some information. It's been bugging me for a while and thought i'd
ask here.
I'm a fire mage with a reasonably heavy crit build. 5/53/3http://armory.wow-europe.com/#character-sheet.xml?r=Terenas&n=Amalfor
According to the above my (almost-unbuffed) crit rate is 17.81% (fire spell
26.81%) and I get the talented extra 4% for scorch/fireblast which are my
primary attacks on anything other than boss fights, where I'll switch to
fireballs after stacking a debuff. For some strange reason blizzard have a
druid buff stuck on my character here. In game the fully unbuffed crit rate
totals are 17.59% (fire spell 26.59%)
this only accounts for the +6% and +3% from critical mass and pyromaniac
respectively. With other talents for specific spells I'd expect to see the
following spells should have the associated crit rates.
The thing is that the Theorycraft addon doesn't match a single one and I'm
wondering why.
Fireblast 30.59% (TC tooltip shows 29.88%)
Scorch 30.59% (TC tooltip shows 29.88%)
Fireball 26.59% (TC tooltip shows 25.88%)
Flamestrike 41.59% (TC tooltip shows 40.88%)
Pyroblast 26.59% (TC tooltip shows 25.88%)
Blastwave 26.59% (TC tooltip shows 25.88%)
Dr. Breath 26.59% (TC tooltip shows 25.88%)
all other schools of magic are showing the same -0.71% discrepency as well.
What gives... just a bug or is there something I'm not taking into account
here? It seems a bit lame of the programming if it's theorycraft that is
bugged on something so simple, I've always assumed it to be accurate.

Perhaps there is a discrepency with what number they use to calculate
your +crit from int. Maybe TC uses unbuffed int? And are you level
70? I'm not familiar with TC, but perhaps it is calculating your +crit
from int as if you were level 70.
