Honor Hold Tavern. 1 MP5? Crap!

Aldor rise in the northern building with the staff vendor. Gotta send
my warrior to check them out.

Holy crap that is all I have found!

There has to be one in the Scryer's area.

I just noticed today that my priest has quite a few empty sockets and
the gems in Honor Hold looked awful for her.

Time to check on thott for what the jewelcrafters can make and ask my
guild mate Joe what crafting recipes he has and see what I got on my
Gem mule.

That's all there is for normal vendor gems - one exception are green
(as in Uncommon) gems in Netherstorm, but on limited supply. Better
ones are made by jewelcrafters or sold by special vendors (PvP/
reputation etc. ones).

I used vendors for a while, then realised 2g for +4 agi gem for a
vendor, was 75s for +6 agi gem on the AH, so got a banking alt to buy
and post it to me...

If I could only find out what to do with the meta gem slot without
using 100g.

You can have a meta-gem with the tokens of Auchindoun. You get these token
on the bosses of the four instances, but only if your faction controls the
bones desert (pvp objective around Auchindoun). I don't remember how many
tokens you need. The NPC is in horde/alliance camp of terrokar, not in
Shattrath.

If you know a friendly alchemist, he may be able to transmute it for you
at no cost/lower cost, same goes for cutting. The ingredients for basic
/uncut metagems are pretty cheap to have usually.

I you can make some runs in Auchindoun when your faction controls the
desert around, you can get token on the bosses you kill, and buy a metagem
in horde or alliance town of Terrokar.
