The Alliance FA trainer is in Temple of Telhamat. You can learn Netherweave
from him.
I believe you need to learn the runecloth ones from the trauma surgeon in
Theramore.

As for Horde...I have no idea as none of my hordies are that high in FA.

The temple is on the North side of the zone, almost all the way to the
west. West of the Citidel, and the three PvP points.

Even before you have been there, you can see it on the map. (Or maybe
that's because I have Cartographer installed).

Don't forget to pick up the FP there too. There are several questlines
that start in the Temple.

You won't learn heavy runecloth bandages in outland. You need to go the
first aid trainer in Theramore.

You can learn heavy runecloth bandages from the doctor that gave you the
quest to go over 225:

Grom'gol if you are horde

Theramore if you are alliance

I went to theramore and he gave me heavy runecloth bandages. I've
since ran it up to 330 and got netherweave bandages. I've got the
book to put it to 375 so i'm all set.

Hammerfall !!

In french it's "Trépas d'Orgrim", don't know why I typed Grom'gol.

Maybe it's the karma. I was thinking that nobody answered the question (but
since the subject was about outlands, it was easy to read netherweave
instead of runecloth ;)

I wouldn't worry about posting repetitive info.
The answer to the OPs question was posted 2 mins after his first post but
numerous follow-ups with the same info have appeared over the subsequent 40
hours.

I'm just wondering if there's a problem with the propagation of some posts
across news servers...

It's pretty typical on usenet ime. People answer the OP without reading the
rest of the thread first. It's not necessarily a negative, though, because
often a subsequent poster will phrase things a bit more completely or from a
different viewpoint.
