Yesterday I was in Westfall, and traveling by the graveyard north of
Moonbrook, I noticed that instead of the vultures that usually hang
around there, there were several scourge hanging out there. Has
anyone heard of anything being added, maybe a quest or something like
there?

Sounds like http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=572#comments was up - comments
say the vultures at Moonbrook graveyard are replaced with ghouls when
this rare spawn is up. Only seen him a couple of times myself but he
usually has a ghoul or two nearby when I've met him.

That explains much. My first thought was "I think they've always been
there", because I know I'd seen them, and figured they just co-spawned with
the birds. But that makes more sense.

I remember over a year ago, some place in Westfall north of Moonbrook, I
encountered a rare silver dragon undead mob. Scared the crap out of me!

Just those little things that makes Azeroth feel more alive. I mean,
it's one thing to have rare spawns in caves, such as the various silver
dragon spiders, but this one was standing right out in the open only a
few paces from the path, and was like level 22 or 23 IIRC.

Scary!

Yes, the undead are there every night. It like the Pyrewood Village,
where the humans turn into worgen at night.
Dirk
I confirmed this yesterday, went during the day, and then later on
after dark.
Vultures in the day, undead at night, didn't see the elite and there
were only 2 undead so maybe someone already came by and killed some.

I thought so, though I have to say that I haven't been in the area on any
character in a very long time. *
