ICC Phase?

Help please...

Anyone know what key quest chain is for the phasing in ICC?

I am in a different phase to most of my guildies -in ICC - which
includes the summon stone - so its a real pain when I cant help them
summon, or they cant help me :(

I did raise a ticket and the GM suggested that it may be the "battle
before the Citidel" quest - so I did that - but I am still in a
diffeent phase.

I dont want to have to do every quest in Icecrown in the hope of
getting lucky.

Anyone know?

I believe it's the questline dealing with how Arthas became the Lich King,
given by Matthias Lehner, a ghostly human boy who hangs around Icecrown.

The first quest in the series is Opportunity, at least for Horde.

Phasing is a nifty technique when used properly but it is utterly absurd
that it is in place at that summoning stone.

Phasing is a nifty technique when used properly but it is utterly absurd
that it is in place at that summoning stone.

The place I've seen it hinder the most is raiding UC. Never been there
without at least one person not able to see the rest of the group.
Especially annoying when said person whines throughout and won't listen
to anyone telling him *why*...

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.

I *think* (but I'm not 100% sure) it's the quests in the area below
the stairs - as you face the front of ICC go left and then down to the
side of the stairs. There's a gap in the wall there that you can fly
through. I don't know if there are pre-requisites for those quests
though.

around the raid gate but found nothing, and haven't actually joined any
raids yet.

Which ICC quests?

The quest line for the 5-man ICC instances starts outside the inn
in Dalaran.

For the 10/25-man raid instance there are no quests that I'm aware of.
There is a ring you can get at various reputation levels with Ashen
Verdict - the NPC for this is inside the raid instance, on the left
as you enter the first room. All Ashen Verdict rep is gained from
killing mobs in the raid instance.

Ah ok, thx for the info. It looks like a difficult place to PUG on my
server due to few slots being offered... maybe time to join a raiding
guild again.
