As a warlock I always been asked for summon and that's OK,
but don't know this "123" that I got in /w ...? what does that mean ?
Why not only a polite "sum please" ?

Seems a common way of indicating people want a summon - I suspect it
comes from being more obvious in a massive spammy raidchat than a
sentence, though I don't really know. Seems weird whispering it, I
usually see it in raidchat.

Years ago the raid or party leader told peeps to write 123 if anybody
needed a summon or buff as typing 123 is easier than "I need a
summon/[insert specific buff], please, great raidleader".
With today's Ordos worldboss everybody spams 123 in the raid chat the
same second they join an Ordos raid even if there is no lock in the raid
or summon stone around. Pretty braindead. So 123 has become a joke
now. I usually say 123 has been broken since last minor patch update
when I'm in a worldboss raid with my lock. But yes. It *IS* annoying.
