How to get engineering past 600?

My engineering skill is currently locked at 600\600. Where is the
trainer to get it past 600? I googled this but nothing is coming up
that is telling me where the trainer is.

If it's like the other professions, you'll get a quest in your first
questing zone in Draenor (Shadowmoon Valley or Frostfire Ridge), a bit
of the way into the main zone story, which will open up the Draenor
professions and increase the cap to 700 for you.
