If you sit around the Zangarmarsh and fish, at random rare intervals you
may be lucky enough to catch a "Strange Engine Part", if you examine the
object you'll see "It reads 'Capissen 38' on the bottom." - you can't
really use it for anything so you might as well sell it for a bit of
coin to the local engineering expert K. Lee Smallfry ;)

I've seen the part and COMPLETELY missed the reference. And I aspired to be
a Browncoat... :/ Shame on me.
