Fiery Enchant on Off-hand weapon

If you have a Fiery Weapon enchant on your off-hand weapon, is the fire
damage reduced like the physical damage is? Thanks!

No.
But as the offhand doesn't perform special attacks, it's not really a
recommended enchantment for the offhand.

Unless you're really well off its not worth it, usually the only time
my offhand has poisons or fiery is for big battles or if it used to be
my MH.

On MH weapon the fiery can proc off all special abilities but on OH it
just autoattacks and doesn't proc much.
