Mage Gear

Ive been playing a Mage for a few weeks now and Im currently a lvl 23.
Im currently spec'd pure fire and have the Emberstone staff and
Cookies wand from the Deadmines .. other than that most of my gear is
tailored and enchanted by myself (lvs 200 + 125 respectively).

Was hoping people could give me some suggestions as to what sort of
gear I should be looking at?? Are there any must have items for a mage?

Mage is all about +spell dmg gear that you basically can't get till you get
at least to BRD so just put intellect-stamina-spirit till you get to
outland.

Don' t worry, go lvl 70 and u know, what u need.

Stamina and Intellect until about 40+ ("of the Eagle" greens and perhaps a
few instance-blues). After 40 you get access to some decent +dmg gear like
the Dreamweave set (tailor-made) and that staff from Zul'Farrak. Since you
are fire also the Cindercloth set which you can equip about level 50 is
worth considering.
