Not mine, but my bf got his second bindings tonight, lucky git (every
single run I did on the way to exalted, I towed my warrior along on
follow... got one binding, ever), so we had fun gathering the other
mats for it.

Luckily I'd thought ahead and stored all relevant mats for both
Thunderfury and Sulfuras in the guildbank whenever they dropped in my
many runs, so that meant we already had most of what was needed... but
the arcanite, ouch. 100 arcanite bars. 100?! 190g each on the AH, or
160g each for the crystals. Yeah, that's all well and good if you only
need a few, but I only had 36 bars in the gbank so we needed 64 of
them. Cue a couple of hours mining from both of us, luckily my bf's
alchemist is transmute spec, but arcane crystal droprate is pretty
bad, I had over 1000 thorium ore by the time we were done, plus rather
sore fingers!

Anyway, we got the arcanite done eventually, smelted the elementium
up, and off to summon Thunderaan! Awesome, really brought back
memories of vanilla, I remember being at both the summons my guild did
back then, really cool event to see. This time was... something of an
anticlimax, as my bf oneshotted him with an autoattack. Oh well. He's
got his Thunderfury now anyway, fun to put that together :-)

day. 230/250 mounts and I still havent got many of the crafted mounts
from engineering (3), tailoring (2 or 3) and jc (5). When I make those
I should be around 240.
ICC, Uld, Al'Akir, firelands, dragon soul, stone core and ZG is on farm
on 6 toons + I need a few from 3-4 factions, claw farming in Tanaan etc. :)

Yeah, I need to get round to it for myself sometime, though I don't
much fancy that arcanite farm again, ouch. I've done Sulfuras,
Val'anyr, Dragonwrath and the MoP cloak so far, and currently stuck on
a group-required bit of the Shadowmourne chain (decided I should lvl
the character up a bit to aid survivability since he kept dying on
previous attempts but haven't got that far). Would be fun to have a
full set of legendaries eventually, so when I factionchange my rogue
I'll need to get him onto the daggers quest and maybe farming Black
Temple too, also need to take my hunter to Sunwell more often :-)

Nice, I'm on 226 at present but I've got all the crafted ones I think,
only the annoying raid drop ones left to farm. Plus some of the meta
achievements, usually I'm left with one achievement that requires a
group, sigh... need to get in a social mood and look in group finder
for others doing them :-)

Just FYI, the Stonecore one drops on normal, so you can binge farm it
on one character if you want; that's how I got it :-) Only restriction
is 10 instances per hour! Think it's the same with the Vortex Pinnacle
one, I've not got round to that one yet. Still need mounts in all the
places you've named, plus VoA, but I tend to burn out if I go
overboard on the farming so I just do 2-3 a week most the time,
depends on my mood. Friend of mine was doing ICC on 10 characters
every week, after the mount finally dropped he disappeared for months,
I think burnout for sure... ;-)

Have a feeling I won't be getting that glowy green drake till next
expanion sometime lol, and forget that new cloud serpent for 300!

I think the 10 instances per hour is accountwide, could be wrong

I do garrison and ship missions on 6 chars every day so I need to do the
traveling to ZG no matter what. I have other non100 chars around that
can do ZG too. But I just want a quick in-nuke boss-loot-out tour.
But I also do the account-wide pet battle daily quests in Eastern
Kingdom for leveling other chars on my kitty druid so ZG is just a short
stop on the way to Booty Bay.

Wow, that's great! 229 here and not too many more easy ones; I have
all the craftables and only miss a couple of rep ones, so I need to
get round to farming raids more often. Luck has never been something I

Ooh congrats! I've only done that place a couple of times and no luck
yet, probably not surprising! That spine fight is really annoying, not
hard once you know how, but annoying. I'll probably start doing it
when my rogue hits 100, and have a go at the legendary daggers while
I'm at it.

Ooh congrats! I've only done that place a couple of times and no luck
yet, probably not surprising! That spine fight is really annoying, not
hard once you know how, but annoying. I'll probably start doing it
when my rogue hits 100, and have a go at the legendary daggers while
I'm at it.

True. Once I mastered it I still had minor problems with it. I found
this _very_ useful macro that counts the nameplates on your screen so I
dont have to count the nameplates anymore:

/run local count = 0 for i = 0, 10000, 1 do if _G["NamePlate"..i] ~= nil
and _G["NamePlate"..i]:IsVisible() then count = count + 1 end end
print(count)

I also use this macro in the first phase on Yogg-Saron. Pretty usable
macro imho. I sometimes also use it in battlegrounds like Ashran to see
if we're outnumbered or so.
Be sure to have activated nameplates ofc. :)

Nope, but I have the staff and the consumable seeds you can loot in
the raid (unique 5 so they don't last long!), so I can get the effect,
would rather have the toy though! Does indeed seem a rare chance so I
suspect I'll have a long wait when I only rarely visit...

Cinder Kitten - http://www.wowhead.com/item=92707/cinder-kitten , it's
a store pet but if I remember rightly my bf gave it me as a present
soon after it came out, it's one of the cutest pets they've done so
worth the money for me :-)

I had the same problem at 150 mounts.

Game time is up to 33K gold. On the other hand, in the last month I
generated 45K with playing about 55 hours.

Still, going to lay off for a month or three.

I make around 15-20k/week on 7 chars (6 fully upgraded garrisons, maxed
out on followers and gear, 6 L3 harbours etc). 1 newly dinged 100 char
is still leveling up followers and all that stuff. If I also do
Firelands 25N and Dragon Soul 10HC on all 7 chars I get an additional
~25k gold. I put any xmog I get from the crates at the salvage yard in
a guild bank as it seems we wont have a garrison in Legions. So
hopefully the prices on xmogs will go a bit up again.
Also. I sell every honor and legion item I get from the garrison
missions. The honor item usually goes for 11-17k on AH while the Legion
medallion goes for 4k atm.
But I definitely dont make the same amount of gold as I made in 6.1 due
to the crate nerf. :/

25k was a guess. Its more like 17-18k. I just ran DS (10HC), FL (25N),
the raid in Uldum (10N), ICC and Ulduar. I skipped the last 2 bosses in
DS. This netted me ~2600g including vendored stuff.
