There are 4 achs for Days of the Dead which ends tomorrow, monday!

Dead Man's Party is easy. Just dance with Catrion.. I mean Catrina.
Blam. Achievement and another 10 points!
The next 3 are a little harder to complete. there are several ways to
do this. But I did it the Halaa way as I also want the mounts from there.
So I got the costume from my local graveyard pusher, went to the Premade
Groups, typed "Halaa" in Custom (raid) and found 2
events/groups/whatever in the middle of the night EU. I joined one,
went to Halaa (not only Nagrand, but the Halaa island, mkay!) and we
kept killing each other.

How it worked;

The group/raid has to be close to the graveyard in Halaa as quick
ressing is important here.
So we (the whole group/raid minus 1) stacked against a wall and let the
last player keeping killing us. We all got a Halaa Battle Coin for
every kill someone did. But also. The player who killed the rest of
the group slowly got his achs!
Then we swapped. Another player started killing the group, we got more
coins and the other player who kept killing us also got his 3 achs.
then it was my time to kill the group and after me it was the hunter's
time to kill us. Et cetera. :)

We had to degroup as our presence attracted some hordes, changed realm
and regrouped a few times. We also quick ressed and got the res disease
every time we died which is a important part of this method (unless you
have ressers in the group). It was worth the gold for repairs as those
achs and especially the Halaa mounts are really hard to get nowadays.

So this night we were 4 peeps from each realm and we were working
together to get all the achs and coins and we all ended up cheering each
other. Those moments are so rare in this game now. :)

name in WoW but I'd forgotten all about

Sounds pretty fun, I forgot all about those mounts so did it the
antisocial way instead: take an alt on my other account into SoO,
where you're autoressed at the entrance as soon as you release. So,
stand at entrance, kill alt, hit release, alt's back on the same spot
on half health, rinse and repeat 50 times. Boring, but effective! :-)

Wish I'd remembered those mounts though, oh well, someday I might get
round to farming an alt over there. Or not, because I just remembered
something I saw in WoD beta... there is a (very) rare garrison mission
which gives those tokens as a reward - I'll make a point of putting a
good team on that one if it pops up then, to make sure it succeeds!

It was all about luck. I read about it somwhere (wowhead?) after I got
home from work last night. Otherwise I would have done it the
SoO/instant spawn way anyway.
But it was really fun and the other players could have left one by one
when they got their 50th kill and last ach. But we all helped each
other, killed a few hordes when our res sickness was gone etc. But the
important part was that we were able to regroup on another realm when
the hordes overwhelmed us. That was the atmosphere just like in the old
days. :)

I have 298 halaa battle coins in my bags and I only need 170 for both
mounts. So now I have to farm the halaa research coins which is pewpew.
