Blizzard's Tower Defense

This was a bonus map for The Frozen Throne, downloadable at the blizzard
website...
Anyone tried it? What was your strategy? I tried it (in single player mode
only), but couldn't survive the 14th wave...
How can you manage to get more gold, better builders, etc? What towers to
build?

i managed it the 2nd time
(maybe b/c i play TD all the time on the net)
use ur heros to stun or otherwise delay the creeps, and then build, build
build
(i think u can upgrade as well)
build on corners, and spots, where towers have a lot to fire on.
use the shortcuts with your heros to attack creeps more than once
collect the gold with your heros, which the creeps deposit when killed.
