FYI. The black harvest title and ach is still obtainable. I killed the
last boss in the green fire quest line last night and got title and ach.
Once you have killed Kanrethad you have to speak to the NPC, click the
remains of the boss and leave the instance. BLAM! Title and ach. :)

Be sure to do it before the exp goes live.

If you dont like the green fire effect you can return to the NPC in the
black temple, pay 500g and get the old effects back.

That's nice to know. I spent 7000+G yesterday on a tome, and am now
up against the two bosses.
