I've never gotten a horde char up past about 67, so not 100% sure, but
I'll wager that their flight trainer and mount vendor are in
Shadowmoon Valley, same as the Alliance ones. Look in the horde town
just after you enter the zone, on the left.

depending by the race up to 150:

- orc, in orgrimmar
- blood elf, just outside silvermoon
- troll, sn'jin village
- undead, brill
- tauren, bloodhoof village

all race in outland shadowmoon village, up to 300
