Worgen hunter trainer??

Where the heck is the hunter trainer for Worgens? I turned 10 and went
back to the starting city (Gillean, or somehting like that), but the
place is deserted. I saw a hunter there around level 3, but nada now.

How do I learn the basic level 10 hunter skills in the Worgen home area?

You don't.

Once you finish the starting zone, Darnassus is your new "home city"
although you can go to any Hunter trainer anywhere (any city, secondary
starter areas such as Auberdine, Goldshire, etc.)

There is a little town where you quest around level 10, after a little
travel in trolley and two quests for the prince Liam.

In this town you will find your class trainer.
