HIt rating question. - please help.

Hi guys,

Hope you can help – need some advice on hit rating.

“At level 80, the hit rating required per percentage is 32.79
To hit a raid boss lvl 83 you need 8% hit for a single wield auto
attack and special attacks, hence 263 hit rating
For Melee Dual-wielding you need 27% hit, hence 886 to hit a lvl 83
raid boss.”

My question is for my wife’s Rogue level 80.
Even if you get a hit rating of 263, and you are dual wielding does
this hit rating still ensure that all special moves hit? Or is there
another ‘soft’ hit cap for dual wielding?

Any advice would be great.

Dual wielding does not reduce the hit chance for special attacks.
Dual wielding only reduces the hit chance for normal autoattacks.
