Blizzard has really rolled the dice this time.



I hope arcane mage will be more consistent this time. The line between
fail mage and OP mage has been waaay too tight in raid boss fights.
Quickening is replaced by a 5% haste bonus for every arcane blast (up to
20%). Its a silly solution though to a c
